Refund & Exchange Policy

We understand that selecting the right product is important. While refunds are not offered on returns, we are happy to facilitate exchanges within 48 hours of purchase for eligible items.

Please review the following guidelines:

• Refunds are not available for backordered items, as these are considered special orders outside of our regular stock.

• Exchanges must be requested within 48 hours of purchase.

• Refunds are not available for wigs, toppers, or special orders, as these items are custom-selected and fall outside our regular stock policy.

• If returning an item by mail, the customer is responsible for all return shipping costs.

• A proof of purchase is required for all exchanges.

Refund Process for Defective Items

While we do not offer general refunds, if an item is found to be defective, we will work with you to find a reasonable solution. If a refund is deemed necessary, it will be processed using your original payment method.

• If the item was originally shipped, the refund amount will be reduced by postage costs incurred during the initial shipment.

• Orders that qualified for free shipping ($150+ orders) will have $12 deducted from any approved refund.

Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

The following conditions must be met for an item to be eligible for exchange:

• Items must be in original packaging and condition.

• Items that have been worn, used, damaged after delivery, or altered in any way are not eligible for return or exchange.

Return Shipping & Insurance

The buyer is responsible for all shipping and insurance costs associated with returns.

• We recommend using USPS for return shipments with insurance coverage to protect the value of your product(s).

• Wig Alchemy is not responsible for parcels lost or damaged in transit if insurance is not selected.
