We offer a range of wigs and toppers to fit different needs and budgets. Pricing varies depending on the type of hair, cap construction, and customization.

To place a special order, a deposit of 50% of the total cost, including taxes and shipping, is required. If you decide not to proceed with the purchase, a 30% restocking fee plus shipping costs will be applied. The remaining balance will be refunded to the same payment method used for the deposit. If the deposit was made in cash, a check will be issued to the last known address in our database. No exceptions.
This does not apply if we order a wig for you during your consultation.

Wig Alchemy is a recognized prosthetic supplier in North Carolina, equipped with a National Provider Identifier (NPI) number. This identifier facilitates the process of filing for insurance reimbursement. If you have a prescription from your doctor for a cranial prosthesis, we can provide the necessary documentation to submit to your insurance company for reimbursement.

Due to the personal nature of our products, ALL SALES ARE FINAL. We do not offer refunds or exchanges.
We accept checks for purchases under $250. For amounts over $250, acceptance will be determined on a case-by-case basis. Proof of address and a valid ID are required for payment by check. A $25 fee will be charged for any returned checks. Unresolved returned checks will be subject to small claims litigation, including all associated fees.
